Guarantee & Membership Extension Policy

Plain-English promise: if we see you continuously and actively participating in the group, you complete all the classes, and it’s still not showing up on game day, request an extension. We’ll review it and, if you fit the criteria, we will extend your membership until we see results.

What this is (and isn’t)

This guarantee provides extended access to the program so you can keep training with us until results show up. It is not a refund.

Eligibility (what we look for)

  • Continuous, active participation. You’ve been present in the community on a regular basis (e.g., weekly check-ins, questions, and clip sharing) and follow the system.
  • Course completion. You’ve completed all Study of Hoops classes/modules in your account.
  • Game-day application. You’ve applied the material in practices/games but aren’t seeing the on-court improvement yet.
  • Good standing. No violations of community guidelines; account is current on payments.

How to request an extension

  • Submit a request inside the community DM to Mike or via email and include: (a) a quick note on your participation, and (b) recent clips or notes showing what you’ve been working on.
  • We review within 14 days and may ask for additional context (coach note, extra film, etc.).

What we do

If you meet the criteria, we’ll grant a membership extension and continue coaching you. We typically extend in 30–60 day increments and keep supporting you until results show up (or, if you prefer, we can agree a maximum extension period in writing).

Fair-use & exclusions

  • Extensions aren’t available for inactivity, lack of engagement, or accounts not in good standing.
  • Extensions are not transferable and don’t convert to cash.
  • We reserve the right to prevent abuse and to update this policy as needed.
