90-Day Performance Guarantee

Plain-English version: If you follow the system for 60 days, complete the required film reviews, apply the coaching, and your stats still don’t improve by 25%, you get a free extra review and—if there’s still no improvement by Day 90—you qualify for a full refund.

How the Guarantee Works

1. First 60 Days — Four Film Reviews

Your membership includes 2 film reviews each month. That means you’ll complete 4 reviews within your first 60 days.

After Review #4, we check your improvement in:

  • Minutes played
  • Field Goal Attempts
  • Rebounds

If any of these increase by 25%, the guarantee is fulfilled. If not, you advance to Step 2.

2. Free 5th Review (Days 60–90)

If you haven’t improved by Day 60, you get a 5th film review completely free.

Your billing is paused during this period to ensure the review is truly free, and you’ll continue applying the coaching from this session.

After the 5th review, we reassess your stats at Day 90.

If improvement occurs → the guarantee is complete. If not → Step 3.

3. Refund Window (Days 90–120)

If you’ve completed all required reviews and still haven’t hit the 25% improvement, you may request a full refund between Day 90 and Day 120.

Eligibility Requirements

  • Completed all 5 total reviews (4 paid + 1 free)
  • Your stats show goals were NOT met.
  • Reasonable proof of applying coaching in practices/games
  • Active membership through the first 60 days (no pauses)
  • Account in good standing with no violations

Guarantee FAQ

Do I really get a free review if I don’t improve by 60 days?

Yes. If your stats haven’t improved after the first 4 reviews, you get a 5th review completely free. Your billing is paused during this period so the review is truly free.

Why do you use minutes, FG attempts, and rebounds?

They’re objective indicators of impact and opportunity. They’re not based on opinion, and they’re directly influenced by the decisions and adjustments we work on in film.

Why not guarantee points?

I can get you in the right spots and increase your opportunities, but I can’t shoot the ball for you. Points usually follow once your minutes, attempts, and decision-making improve.

When does the refund window open and close?

The refund window opens at Day 90, after the free 5th review, and closes at Day 120. Requests outside this window aren’t eligible.

What proof do I need to request a refund?

You’ll provide in-season stat logs, confirmation of all 5 reviews completed, and reasonable evidence that you’ve tried to apply the coaching (practice or game film, notes, etc.). This protects the guarantee for committed players.

What if I miss a review or fall behind?

The guarantee only applies if you complete the 4 required reviews in the first 60 days. If you fall behind, the guarantee pauses and can only be reactivated once you’re back on consistent reviews.

What if my season ends during the guarantee window?

The guarantee is based on in-season stats. If your season ends early, we’ll extend the timeline to the start of your next official season or discuss a fair alternative in writing.

Can I pause my membership in the first 60 days?

No. Pausing your membership during the first 60 days breaks the guarantee conditions. The only pause built into the guarantee is during the free 5th review phase.

Is this guarantee available on all plans?

The performance guarantee applies to active plans that include 2 film reviews per month. If your plan changes, we’ll clarify how that affects your guarantee in writing.

Do I keep access if I get a refund?

No. A refund cancels your membership and access to the program. Otherwise, people could effectively take the program for free.

Do many players actually get refunds?

Very few. Players who follow the system and apply the coaching almost always improve. The guarantee is there to protect you, but my goal is that you never need it.
