Our Players

Here are some of the recent results from my clients. I want to be clear that I do not focus on stats. I focus on how the individual player can have a higher impact on the game so their team can win.
When you play efficiently, your coach and team trust you, and the stats follow.

Recent Results

These are a few snapshots. Context matters (role, team, league), but the pattern is consistent: higher impact → more trust → more opportunity.

After Jan 2: 11.6 REB/G
Double-doubles: 5
Minutes: 20.4 → 28.0
Trevor is in his first year as a pro overseas in Germany’s 2nd division. We started working together in January 2026 with a clear focus on positioning and ways to be consistently aggressive. That can be shown by the amount of double-doubles he has had since we started. He is a monster on the defensive end so we built on that and his minutes shot up as well.
Jake Stephens

Minutes: 12.6 → 24.9
Points: 7.4 → 13.0
Big game: 29 PTS
Jake joined in February of 2025 after being cut from his team in 2nd division Spain. We made sure to focus on ball screen defense so he could establish himself as reliable with his new team. He took it and ran and became an absolute force for FMP in the ABA league. His run included a 29 point outburst against a Euroleague team.
Josip Vrankic

Since Dec 1: 10.3 → 13.7 PPG
15+ point games: 5
Peak: 27 PTS
Since joining in December 2025 Josip was able to consistently find open spots to get more touches. We made a habit of hunting easy buckets and being available off the ball, the game rewards you when that happens. He has had some big games including a 27 point monster.
Zaid Weibel

Role shift: Primary handler
Assists: 1.3 → 4.5
Peak: 35 PTS
Zaid started at the beginning of the 2025-26 season. Zaid saw a big shift in his role from the season before as he became the primary ball handler for his team (as well as the best on-ball defender). We worked hard to make him consistent out of PnR by focusing on how to set up the screens (spacing and timing) and then aggressive reads out of that. His assists exploded and he has been shooting efficiently from the field. He has had some big games including a 35 point explosion (with 8 three’s!).

Jan run: 22.8 PPG
FG% (5 games): 62.2%
Big Game: 27 / 9 / 4
Marty joined in January 2026. He already had a huge role for his team being the primary ball handler and scorer so we made him more efficient. We focused on how to use his energy strategically on defense so he wouldn’t be forced to defend so many actions. That adjustment, along with some work on setting up ball screens, helped as he went off in January. He shot 62.2% from the field in 5 games and got his team 5 wins. One of those games included 27 - 9 - 4 + 5 steals.

Shot volume: +~45% (Jan/Feb)
3PA: +~60–75%
Big Game: 16 PTS (4–6 3PT)
In her freshman year of college she went from playing some minutes here and there to becoming one of the most reliable players off the bench for her team (that went 22-10 by the way). Since we started in January 2026, her shot volume increased. But what you can’t tell from the offensive stats is how she defended. Her effort and defense kept her on the floor and that’s why the scoring and shooting numbers went up. She had a big 16 point game (4-6 from three) on January 24.
